    Agrïa

    Agrïa covers 3,029 hectares (Ha) of land in Bel Ombre. A complete reengineering of the company has led to agricultural diversification and the implementation of a master plan to set up exclusive leisure and property developments in the region of Bel Ombre.

    Heritage Villas Valriche, an Integrated Resort Scheme of 288 units over 105 Ha, is the property development arm of Agrïa, which markets since 2008 luxury residences within a golf and lifestyle resort, open to both local and foreign ownership. 

    Agrïa is also the owner of properties operated by Rogers Hospitality. These include Le Château de Bel Ombre, Bel Ombre Nature Reserve, La Place du Moulin, and Kaz’alala.

    Case Noyale

    Case Noyale Ltée covers 955 hectares of land in Case Noyale and Chamarel. Its main revenue-generating activities are the Chamarel 7 Coloured Earth Geopark and Le Chamarel Panoramic Restaurant, both operated by Rogers Hospitality.

    Agrïa 

    Agrïa’s ambition is to transform Bel Ombre into a sustainable agriculture, sustainable living, and agri-tourism destination.   

    As an agricultural producer, Agrïa’s smart farming ranges from crops to livestock, offering a comprehensive range of products, which include a nursery for its landscaping activities to sugarcane, pineapple, and palm as well as deer, wild boar, and pheasant. 

    Case Noyale

    Case Noyale Ltée main activities include the processing and commercialisation of the Café de Chamarel, the only commercially local grown and roasted coffee on the island, as well as dear farming and honey production.
