On 20th October, the tournament launch day was held at La Reserve Golf Links in Bel Ombre, reuniting the official sponsors of the upcoming 7th edition of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open.
80 players got to experience an unparalleled experience of pure golfing drama at La Reserve Golf Links which will mark its international championship debut this December. With panoramic ocean views from every hole, this exhilarating new course is the first and only links-style and GEO-certified golf course of the Indian Ocean.
Beyond sports, Rogers leveraged this event to raise funds and rally collective support from the players for environmental and societal initiatives in the Bel Ombre region. Fundraising for Caritas in Bel Ombre saw contributions from players, with the Rogers Foundation doubling up, ensuring school packs for 80 children from vulnerable backgrounds.
Mark your calendars for what promises to be in December the most fantastic sporting event of these past years in Mauritius!
