We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Panir Pushpom (Peggy) Soobiah as an Independent Director to the Board of Rogers and Company Limited, as confirmed at our Annual Meeting on November 30, 2023. 

Peggy Soobiah is a distinguished leader in Business/Strategy Consulting and Corporate Management, with a notable 30-year career, especially in the financial sector. A Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and director in over 50 global companies since 2011, she also brings a commitment to leadership development and sustainable practices, underscored by her ESG certification.

Simultaneously, as we welcome Peggy Soobiah, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Guy Adam, the departing Non-Executive Director of our Board. For nearly three decades, Dr. Adam has been instrumental in shaping the growth and success of the Rogers Group.

As Dr. Adam embarks on a new chapter in his journey, we wish him immense success in his future pursuits and a fulfilling retirement.
