Overview:
Rogers Real Estate & Agribusiness is seeking to recruit an Accountant for its shared services of Agrïa limited, Case Noyale Ltée and Les Villas de Bel Ombre Limited.
Your role:
Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with, as per timing and requirements set by the Management.
Prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Preparation of Board Papers.
Maintenance of Cognos report and other reports.
Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Control income and expenses.
Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of technology.
Ensure the internal control system and operational procedures are adequate, effective and provide assurance that the control objectives are achieved.
Execute any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by Management.
Your profile:
A minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting related duties
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or partly ACCA qualified.
Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
Able to work both independently as well as a member of a team.
