Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the effective implementation of training and development programs, managing administrative tasks, ensuring budget compliance, and enhancing customer service within the organization.

Your role:

  • Provide administrative support and assist in planning and coordinating training programs
  • Act as liaison with MQA and HRDC institutions
  • Process HRDC claims and update statistics regularly
  • Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare reports to justify expenditures
  • Manage invoices and receipts for training clients and keep a clear record of these
  • Ensure training refunds are done systematically and compiled
  • Maintain an orderly and effective people development filling system and suggest improvement / innovation in SOPs when necessary
  • Maintain and update the Processes and SOPs about training
  • Ensure that Departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) are properly documented, in accordance with established documentation structure. –
  • Updates to be done every 1 ½ year or as and when required
  • Provide good customer service by acting as a point of contact for people development for internal & external clients and respond promptly to queries
  • pertaining to training through all forms of communication
  • Organize and ensure good running of external trainings
  • Assist and provide support to People department in different projects, as required
  • Assist management team to build and maintain a performance driven culture throughout the organisation
  • Ensure data entries on the RHA Dashboard
  • Keep records of trainings and statistics
  • Produce periodical reports as per request and compile all training records
  • Monitor weekly/monthly/yearly training calendar and ensure implementation
  • Prepare and give support for ClickNLearn / Extract reports every 2 days when ClickNLearn is activated each month
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Your profile:

  • Higher School Certificate or any similar qualifications
  • Prior experience in HR administration or training coordination preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English & French, both written and spoken
